Service Engineer Industrial Machinery and Automation
Job Description:
The main 'Brand Ambassadorship Anchor' and 'External Equipment Reliability Guardian' in our company's customer service department is the Service Engineer - Manufacturing Industry (Industrial Machinery, Field Commissioning & Customer Technical Support Specialist). Your main responsibility is to deploy directly to customer manufacturing plants, production facilities, and industrial sites to ensure the continuous operational uptime, accurate calibration, and structural performance of the industrial equipment, automated machinery, or heavy systems manufactured by our company, while plant production engineers operate machinery internally and quality control inspectors check factory dimensions. This includes accepting full responsibility for the operational execution of on-site equipment installs, system integration testing, routine maintenance, and handling emergency breakdowns.

Key Duties
On-Site Installation & Commissioning: Ensure complete compliance with technical blueprints by overseeing the physical deployment, anchor levelling, electrical hookups, and fluid line plumbing integrations of produced equipment at client locations.
Emergency Field Troubleshooting & Breakdown Rectification: Parse multi-page circuit architectures to replace malfunctioning mechanical gears, blown components or malfunctioning automation controllers. Provide quick diagnostic support for crucial machinery shutdowns.
Contracts for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Perform planned asset protection inspections, such as vibrational metrics audits, structural alignment checks, insulation parameter measurements, and wear-prone seal refreshes.
Customer Operator Technical Training: Make sure client engineering staff members comprehend standard operating parameters, warning code readouts, and fundamental daily maintenance cycles by conducting thorough instructional workshops and safety refreshers.
