Description
If British Airways cancels your flight, you will get your money back for the part of the journey you did not use. This includes the amount you have paid for fees, taxes and other charges. If you have already started your journey, they will refund the portion of the ticket that you have not used.
If you decide to cancel your flight for reasons other than British Airlines cancelling it, you can still get some money back. But the fee will also be deducted from the refund along with any service charges. Again, if you've already flown part of the trip, they'll deduct that from the refund as well.
If your flight is delayed by more than 3 hours due to something that BA could have controlled, you may be able to receive compensation.
