* During check in time all guests booked through e-reservation system need to produce valid identity card in original. Guests need to mention the relationship with accompanying travelers.

* Guests need to carry a print out of the e-reservation slip.

* No booking is transferrable to any other person.

* Any booking will be considered as valid if produced ID proof of any of the guests present on the reservation desk at the Hollong Bungalow.

* Child with below 8 years may stay with parents without any additional charges.

* Extra bed is only available on additional payment on the spot and subject to availability.

* Any booking can be cancelled by the guest through the booking portal only.

* On cancellation, booking amount will be reimbursed to debit/credit card ac or bank account after deduction of the cancellation amount.

* Any booking by the guests can be cancelled at any moment due to administrative requirement. In that case no cancellation fees will be applicable.

* WBTDC will not be liable for non-availability of amenities / services caused by irreparable technical faults or natural calamity.

* Extra Person Charges 20% of the room rent payable on spot.

* Extra Cot Charges 30% of the room rent payable on spot.

* Breakfast is complementary for the booking of Hollong bungalow.

* No complimentary breakfast is applicable for Dormitory Accommodation.
