Balloon Decoration, This balloon decoration is so original and lovely, and it's also quite simple to make. Just a tonne of balloons and Happy Birthday foil are required. Once each balloon has been inflated, all that is left to do is to connect them to the ceilings using tape or rope and keep going until the entire room is covered in balloons.
Once it is finished, our rooms filled with balloons are ready to catch everyone's attention during the party. Cut the cake in front of the decoration, and don't forget to use it as a backdrop for photos with your friends.
This decoration is quite similar to the last one, but it only uses several balloons and doesn't include any other materials.
