Who you are:
To maintain a spotless and polished workplace, oversee the reception desk, incoming mail and courier flow, staff seating arrangements, pantry operations, and housekeeping schedules. Oversee connections with outside vendors, such as cleaning, security, cafeterias, IT accessories, and repair firms. Find comparable quotations, haggle over prices, and keep an eye on SLA compliance. Keep exact control over printer consumables, office supplies, stationery, and pantry items. To avoid stockouts or overstockpiling, conduct audits on a regular basis. Make trip plans for employees of the organization, including reservations for flights, hotels, local transportation, visa paperwork, and lodging for corporate visitors. Verify that all emergency supplies, including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits, are routinely checked and adhere to local, state, and federal building codes.
