Description
The rubber adhesive RS produces adhesion by reacting with the methylene donor. For example, rubber adhesive A, adhesive RA, etc. react with each other to produce thermosetting resin. The reaction will happen quickly under the vulcanization degree. If the reaction occurs before the vulcanization, the bonding effect of the matching system will be lost. Usually, a mud rubber compound composed of rubber, filler and rubber adhesive RS is prepared at a higher temperature, and then the subunit donor and other compounding agents are added. It can be used to bond natural rubber or various synthetic rubbers with nylon, polyester, vinylon, rayon, cotton, glass fiber and brass-plated wire cord.
