We are seeking fluent Telugu-speaking candidates to join our voice process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering excellent customer service, and resolving customer queries effectively. Candidates should have clear communication skills in Telugu along with basic computer knowledge. Freshers are welcome, and full training will be provided to help you succeed. You will be expected to maintain call quality, update customer information accurately, and work in shifts as per the company schedule. The ideal candidate should possess good interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
