Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
Performance Management
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance against KPIs.
Set performance goals and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Identify training needs and support employee development.
Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in team management, operations, customer service, sales, or a related role.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
