Key Responsibilities
Conduct primary and secondary research using reliable sources.
Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
Identify market, industry, customer, and business trends.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and analytical summaries.
Analyze data using spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools.
Verify data accuracy and ensure research findings are reliable.
Conduct competitor and market analysis as required.
Translate research findings into meaningful insights and recommendations.
Maintain research databases, records, and documentation.
Support senior analysts and management with research projects.
Present findings and key insights to internal teams when required.
Stay updated on relevant industry developments and market trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar tools is preferred.
Ability to collect and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good report-writing and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Freshers with strong analytical skills and relevant academic/project experience may also apply.
