We are hiring Lead Structural Engineer is responsible for leading the structural engineering team in the planning, design, analysis, and execution of structural projects. This role ensures that all engineering solutions comply with applicable codes, safety standards, client requirements, and project specifications while delivering projects on time and within budget. The Lead Structural Engineer also mentors junior engineers, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, and provides technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the design and analysis of steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and other structural systems.
Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and design reports.
Ensure compliance with local and international design codes and standards.
Perform structural assessments, feasibility studies, and value engineering.
Resolve complex engineering and construction challenges.

Project Management
Plan, schedule, and manage structural engineering activities.
Coordinate with architects, civil, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical engineers.
Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
Participate in project meetings and client presentations.

Design & Analysis
Develop structural concepts for buildings, industrial facilities, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
Conduct finite element analysis and structural modeling.
Review shop drawings and fabrication details.
Evaluate design changes and provide technical recommendations.
Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor structural engineers and designers.
Assign engineering tasks and monitor performance.
Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks.
Promote continuous learning and professional development.

Quality & Safety
Ensure engineering quality management procedures are followed.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Support construction teams during installation and commissioning.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary technical contact for clients.
Participate in proposal preparation and technical bid evaluations.
Provide engineering support during procurement and construction.
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering preferred).
Master's degree is an advantage.
Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent certification is preferred.
10–15+ years of structural engineering experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
