Adithya IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Structural Engineer to lead the structural design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, reviewing, and supervising structural engineering projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
Design and analyze steel, reinforced concrete, and other structural systems.
Review structural drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, and project managers.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
Conduct structural inspections and site visits when required.
Prepare engineering reports, design documentation, and project estimates.
Resolve technical issues and provide innovative engineering solutions.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Review contractor submissions and ensure compliance with approved designs.
Participate in client meetings and provide technical presentations.
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
8–12 years of experience in structural design and engineering.
Experience in industrial, commercial, and residential projects is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Knowledge of Indian Standards (IS Codes), international design codes, and construction practices.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
