We are looking for a Functional Consultant to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and provide functional solutions that align with organizational needs. The candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and support of business applications or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Understand existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Configure and support ERP/business applications based on functional requirements.
Prepare functional documents, process flows, and user requirement specifications.
Coordinate with technical teams for development, customization, and integrations.
Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing, and issue validation.
Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues.
Provide training and support to end users.
Prepare user manuals, training materials, and implementation documentation.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Provide post-implementation support and recommend process improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Good understanding of business processes and functional analysis.
Experience or knowledge of ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
Understanding of software development and implementation life cycles.
Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, and system integrations is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good presentation and client-handling abilities.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Previous experience in functional consulting or business analysis is preferred.
Freshers with relevant domain knowledge and strong communication skills may also apply.
