We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Calling Executive to communicate with prospective and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's products and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or database.
Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
Address customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.
Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are an advantage).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good listening and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Time management and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or BPO is an added advantage.
