Position: Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Create and manage monthly content calendars.
Coordinate the creation of posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional content.
Monitor social media trends and implement new content ideas.
Manage audience engagement, comments, messages, and online communities.
Track social media performance, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
Support paid social media campaigns and digital marketing activities.

Requirements:

Any Degree / Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager is an advantage.
Good knowledge of content planning, social media analytics, and trends.
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic/video editing is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
