We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Rebar Detailer / Rebar Estimator to prepare reinforcement detailing drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and quantity estimates for construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of structural drawings, rebar detailing standards, and estimation techniques while ensuring accuracy and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare reinforcement detailing drawings based on structural and architectural drawings.
Develop accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) in accordance with project specifications.
Estimate reinforcement steel quantities and prepare material take-offs.
Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
Use rebar detailing software such as AutoCAD, RebarCAD, Tekla Structures, or similar tools.
Coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve detailing issues.
Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project standards.
Prepare quantity estimation reports, BOQs, and cost-related documentation.
Revise drawings and schedules based on design changes and client comments.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements.
Maintain project documentation and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, or Rebar Detailing is an added advantage.
