Position: Floor Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations.
Monitor staff performance and allocate tasks effectively.
Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of daily activities.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards on the floor.
Assist customers and resolve basic customer concerns.
Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment as required.
Train and guide new employees.
Coordinate with management and other departments.
Prepare daily reports related to staff, operations, and performance.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

Any Degree / Diploma.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong team-handling and coordination abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Freshers with good leadership skills or experienced candidates can apply.
