Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Ensure smooth functioning of all branch activities and services.
Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and supervise branch employees.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in Branch Operations, Sales, Retail, Banking, or Business Management.
Prior leadership or team management experience is preferred.
