Job Summary:

The Production Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the manufacturing processes within the production facility.

This includes troubleshooting operational issues, developing strategies to increase efficiency, ensuring product quality, and maintaining production equipment.
The role requires collaboration with various departments to meet production goals while maintaining cost-effectiveness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and improve production processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize resource use.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Experience with manufacturing process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA//EXPERIENCE : 2 TO 6 YEARS

LOCATION : CHENNAI

SALARY RANGE : 25k TO 55k PER MONTH
