Walk-In Drive for Electrical Maintenance Engineers
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Planning and Execution: To avoid unexpected equipment failures, plan, schedule, and carry out thorough preventive and predictive maintenance programs, such as thermography, insulation resistance (Megger) testing, motor current signature analysis, and transformer oil breakdown testing.
Lead rapid-response engineering troubleshooting during electrical outages, motor burnouts, VFD trips, or breaker trippings. Conduct structured root-cause analysis (5 Whys, 8D) to execute long-term corrective and preventive actions.
Power Distribution & Substation Equipment Servicing: Manage the regular testing, inspection, and upkeep of busbars, power factor correction capacitors, ring main units, MV/LV switchgear panels, circuit breakers (ACB/VCB), and plant transformers.
Maintain, calibrate, program, and fix motor control centers, variable frequency drives, soft starters, contactors, overload relays, and industrial electric motors on all manufacturing lines.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
