Job Description
Who you are:
Inspection, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of HT/LT substations, power transformers, air circuit breakers (ACBs), vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs), MCC/PCC panels, and automated transfer switches are all part of industrial power distribution and switchgear maintenance. To maintain accurate speed and torque control across manufacturing equipment, identify and fix issues with VFDs, soft starters, AC/DC motors, servo drives, sensors, control transformers, and PLC I/O modules. Perform thermography inspections, earth pit resistance tests, insulation resistance checks, relay calibration, and contactor overhauls in accordance with daily, weekly, and shutdown electrical PM schedules. During electrical trips, phase failures, or blackouts, take charge of a prompt, organised reaction while conducting in-depth RCA to get rid of recurrent electrical defects.
