VMC Setter Component Setup and Changeover
Job Description
Your Contribution:
Precision Setup & Optimization: Accurately setting up VMC machines according to blueprints and program specifications, including tooling, work holding, and offsets, to achieve tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.
Quality & Efficiency: Performing test runs, monitoring machine performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal cutting conditions, minimize scrap, and maximize throughput, directly impacting production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Troubleshooting & Improvement: Proactively identifying and resolving minor machine issues, tool wear, or program discrepancies, and actively contributing ideas for process improvements and preventative maintenance.
Safety & Compliance: Adhering strictly to all safety protocols and quality standards, ensuring a safe working environment and consistently producing parts that meet stringent specifications.

Experience: 5 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Location: In And Around Chennai
