Your Duties:
VMC CAM Programming & Multi-Axis Toolpath Generation: Using industry-standard CAM software, create effective 3-axis, 4-axis (rotary table/A-axis), and 5-axis (positional/simultaneous) VMC programs.
3D Model Analysis & Surface Tolerance Interpretation: Examine intricate 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D CAD geometry (STEP/IGES/Parasolid), deciphering deep-cavity tolerances, surface roughness parameters, and tight Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing callouts.
Milling Strategy & Cutting Tool Selection: Determine cutting parameters and choose the best milling tools and toolholders.
Virtual Machine Simulation & Collision Avoidance: Use 3D machine virtual simulations and verification to make sure there are no spindle crashes, check holder/fixture interference, and confirm tool clearance.
High-Speed Machining & Cycle Optimisation: To shorten machining cycle times and increase cutting tool life, use contemporary High-Speed Machining, adaptive roughing, and trochoidal milling techniques.
