Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BMS Operator to monitor, control, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) that ensure the efficient functioning of electrical, mechanical, fire safety, HVAC, and other facility systems. The role involves real-time monitoring, fault detection, troubleshooting, and coordinating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and ensure smooth building operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and control building systems through the BMS software.

Identify alarms, faults, and abnormal conditions, and take immediate corrective action.

Coordinate with facility, electrical, and mechanical teams for system rectification.

Maintain daily logs and reports of system performance and faults.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Assist in optimizing energy efficiency through system monitoring.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical

Salary: Above 18k per month
