You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building, with a strong understanding of recruitment tools and best practices. Your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process end-to-end, conducting interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. A high level of communication, professionalism, and confidentiality is essential to ensure a positive candidate experience and support the company’s growth.
