Your Duties:
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing: Use job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), Boolean search strategies, social media, and professional networks to carry out end-to-end recruitment procedures for entry-level, mid-level, and specialised positions.
Job Description & Profile Alignment: Work with recruiting managers to identify candidate personalities, comprehend technical job requirements, and create thorough, interesting job descriptions.
Candidate Screening & Behavioural Evaluation: Examine resumes, hold preliminary phone or video screening interviews, assess cultural alignment, evaluate technical and functional fit, and send shortlists to hiring leaders.
Coordination of Interviews and Candidate Experience: Plan multi-phase interviews, assist applicants with the selection process, give prompt feedback, and guarantee a seamless, expert candidate experience at each touchpoint.
Negotiation of Offers and Pre-Boarding: Manage pre-employment background checks, negotiate job offers within authorised wage ranges, issue formal offer letters, monitor candidate acceptance, and facilitate compensation talks.
