Job Description
Key Skills:
SQL Dialects & RDBMS Mastery: Expert-level competence with relational database management systems, with a focus on Oracle (PL/SQL), PostgreSQL (PL/pgSQL), MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL).
Advanced proficiency in reading execution plans, spotting table scans, controlling clustered and non-clustered indexes, dividing big tables, and resolving deadlock situations are all part of the query performance tuning and indexing strategy.
ETL & Data Warehousing: A thorough understanding of dimensional data modelling ideas (fact and dimension tables, slowly changing dimensions) in conjunction with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or other ETL solutions.
Database Administration Awareness: Fundamental to intermediate knowledge of replication, transaction log management, server configuration tuning, restoration procedures, and database backups.

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
