Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Shift Incharge to lead our manufacturing operations during a designated shift. You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production operators, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring adherence to work instructions.
Production Management: Oversee daily production activities, monitor output against targets, manage material flow, and ensure the shift operates according to schedules and plans.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all products meet defined quality specifications and that all shift operations strictly comply with safety regulations, company policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and production bottlenecks in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production.
