Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled VMC Setter to set up and prepare Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) for efficient and accurate production. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, selecting appropriate tools and fixtures, setting workpieces, and configuring machine parameters to achieve precise machining results. The VMC Setter will be responsible for conducting trial runs, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring smooth handover to operators for mass production. Additional responsibilities include monitoring tool wear, maintaining setup sheets, troubleshooting setup-related issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of CNC/VMC machines, hands-on experience in machining processes, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary: Above 16k per month
