We are seeking a skilled VMC Setter to join our production team. The role involves setting up and preparing Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for efficient and accurate operations. The VMC Setter will be responsible for tool setting, program loading, trial runs, and ensuring components are produced as per quality standards. This position requires technical knowledge, precision, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and prepare VMC machines according to job requirements.

Load programs, tools, and workpieces into the machine.

Perform tool offsets, adjustments, and trial runs.

Ensure machined parts meet technical drawings and quality standards.

Inspect components using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
