Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Engineering, Operations, or related field

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on experience & industry)

Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, Allocate manpower and ensure productivity targets ,Ensure safety and process compliance ,Address on-shift issues and resolve them promptly ,Coordinate with departments for smooth handovers ,Maintain shift reports and escalate concerns
