Responsibilities :

Monitor and enforce safety rules inside the factory

Conduct safety training and toolbox talks

Check PPE usage and ensure compliance

Maintain safety records and incident reports

Assist in audits and inspections

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of factory safety

Good communication

Ability to handle emergency situations
