Your Duties:
Breakdown Diagnosis & Quick Mechanical Repair: Oversee prompt troubleshooting and repairs in the event of unexpected machine failures, addressing multidisciplinary issues to promptly restart production lines.
Execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Create and carry out regular preventive maintenance schedules, utilising predictive tools such as vibration analysis and thermal imaging to service assets prior to failures.
Industrial Automation & PLC Troubleshooting: Reduce automated line downtime by diagnosing problems with electrical control systems, industrial drives, sensor networks, and programmable logic controllers.
Spare Parts Inventory & Procurement Management: To avoid delayed repair loops, keep strict control over essential engineering supplies, machine parts, and lubricants by determining minimum reorder criteria.
Supervision of Utility and Auxiliary Equipment: Assure the dependable operation of critical plant utility systems, such as water treatment units, cooling towers, chillers, electricity distribution networks, and industrial air compressors.
