Job Description
Who you are:
Oversee prompt troubleshooting and repairs in the event of unexpected machine failures, addressing multidisciplinary issues to promptly restore production lines. Create and carry out periodic preventive maintenance schedules, utilising predictive instruments such as vibration analysis and thermal imaging to service assets prior to failures. To reduce automated line downtime, diagnose problems with electrical control systems, industrial drives, sensor networks, and programmable logic controllers. To avoid delayed repair loops, keep strict control over essential engineering supplies, machine parts, and lubricants. Determine minimum reorder criteria. Assure the dependable operation of essential plant utility systems, such as water treatment units, cooling towers, chillers, electricity distribution networks, and industrial air compressors.
