Job Description:
The main "Quality Core Anchor" and "Process Integrity Guardian" at each of our production sites is the Quality Engineer production & Industrial Operations (Quality Assurance, Process Control & Continuous Improvement Specialist). Your main responsibility is to create, maintain, and audit reliable quality assurance systems, incoming raw material inspections, in-process quality controls (IPQC), and final product compliance pipelines, while production engineers concentrate on line throughput and shop-floor scheduling. This includes adopting Statistical Process Control (SPC), conducting failure mode analyses (FMEA), overseeing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for non-conformances, administering Quality Management Systems (QMS), and guaranteeing complete adherence to industry standards.

Key Skills:
Advanced working knowledge of ISO/IATF standards and Quality Frameworks & Core Tools.
Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Proven ability to lead 8D reports, conduct 5-Why analyses, create Fishbone diagrams, and put confirmed CAPA solutions into practice.
Metrology, Inspection, and GD&T: proficient use of precision measuring tools (CMM, callipers, micrometres, height gauges), deep understanding of engineering drawings, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Statistical Analysis & Quality Software: Practical experience using statistical software (Minitab, JMP) or ERP systems' Quality Management System (QMS) modules (SAP, Oracle).
