Job Description
Responsibilities:
Quality Management System (QMS) & Audit Compliance: oversee internal and vendor quality audits and uphold, enforce, and audit manufacturing quality standards in accordance with ISO/IATF frameworks.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions: Use organised problem-solving techniques to look into non-conformances, provide Corrective and Preventive Actions, and close Non-Conformance Reports.
New Product Introduction & Quality Planning: During product development and line setup, create and maintain Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis documentation.
Inspection Procedures & Metrology Calibration: Ensure that all gauges, Coordinate Measuring Machines, and testing equipment are kept calibrated by supervising incoming component inspections, in-process checks, and final quality assurance.
In order to stop vendor defects from leaking onto the shop floor, Supplier Quality Engineering Management evaluates supplier quality performance, issues Supplier Corrective Action Requests, and inspects crucial incoming raw materials.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
