Advanced QMS Framework Literacy: Comprehensive, useful knowledge of ISO, IATF, and automotive fundamental tools.
Plastics Manufacturing Process Context: Excellent knowledge of shrinkage parameters, tooling validation techniques, injection moulding terminology, and the relationship between physical flaws and process control records.
Strict Root-Cause Verification & CAPA Tracking: Skilled ability to differentiate genuine systemic root causes from superficial symptoms, encouraging engineering teams to take responsibility for long-term action items.
Audit Navigation & Professional Presentation: Excellent confidence in navigating intricate audit schedules, responding to difficult auditor enquiries, and effectively conveying compliance data to business executives.
