Job Description
Responsibilities:
First-Part Approval & Line Clearance: Before releasing the asset for volume execution, do thorough inspections on initial parts at the beginning of a production shift or following a mould changeover, verifying machine parameters and mould setup.
Dimensional Metrology & Part Testing: To confirm intricate part geometries, use precision laboratory tools such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM), optical profile projectors, digital vernier callipers, micrometres, and moisture analysers.
Defect Isolation & Root-Cause Resolution: Keep an eye out for active injection moulding faults on the shop floor, start containment loops right away, and use frameworks for 8D, 5-Why, or Fishbone analysis to address root causes.
arriving and Outgoing Quality Control: Oversee inspection schedules for masterbatches, inserts, and arriving plastic resins while verifying final bulk packaging requirements to guarantee flawless delivery to final customers.
Quality Management System (QMS) Audits: Keep the shop floor continuously prepared for external customer or regulatory audits by maintaining and updating quality documentation in accordance with international standards.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
