Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet quality standards. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth and efficient production operations while adhering to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures.

Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Inspect products for defects and take corrective action when needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.

Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
