Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Incharge to oversee and manage production activities for the allocated shifts. Shift Incharge shall monitor team members, achieve production targets, maintain quality, and ensure the flow of work between departments. The position demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational challenge handling efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all activities for the allocated shift.
Oversee production processes to achieve targets efficiently.
Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards.
Collaborate with other departments to fix production problems.
Delegate tasks and oversee team performance to facilitate seamless operations.


Requirements:

Successful experience in production or manufacturing supervision.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety guidelines.
Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Production or equivalent.
Shift work capability and ability to overcome operational issues.
Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: B.E, B.Tech

Salary: Above 20k per month
