Job Title: English Voice Process Executive

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Work from Office)

Eligibility:

Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Good communication skills in English

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in English

Resolve customer queries over phone

Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality

Update call records in system

Skills Required:

Fluent spoken English

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Basic computer and typing knowledge

Salary:

Freshers: Rs. 15,000 to 18,000 per month

Experienced: Up to Rs. 25,000 per month

Working Days:

5 days a week

2 weekly offs (rotational)
