We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor for our manufacturing unit in Chennai. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in supervising production operations, ensuring smooth workflow, meeting daily production targets, and maintaining quality standards. Qualification required is a Diploma, ITI, or Graduate in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or relevant field. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, coordinating with teams, managing manpower, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving production issues. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. The salary offered ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month based on experience. This is a full-time position with 6 working days per week. Candidates with hands-on experience in production planning and quality control are preferred.
