We are hiring a Production Supervisor in Chennai for a manufacturing setup. Candidates with a Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production Engineering, or related fields having 1–5 years of experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role, are preferred. The role involves overseeing daily production operations to meet targets while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, coordinating material inventory with procurement, and working closely with the Quality Control team to ensure product standards. The position is full-time with rotational shifts (day, night, overnight). Benefits include ESI, PF, free food and accommodation, commuter assistance, and health insurance.
