About the Role:
Join our dynamic healthcare BPO team as a Medical Billing Executive! You’ll be handling claim submissions, insurance verifications, and denial management. Freshers with good English and interest in US healthcare are welcome!

Your Responsibilities:

Process insurance claims accurately

Validate patient data & insurance info

Submit claims (CPT/ICD coding knowledge a plus)

Follow up on rejections or pending payments

Maintain billing logs and reports

What We’re Looking For:

Good communication in English

Detail-oriented and quick learner

Basic knowledge of medical/insurance terms

Willing to work in night shifts
