A Demo Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering patient demographics and insurance details into the medical billing system. The role ensures correctness of data, which forms the foundation for claim submissions, timely reimbursements, and smooth revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update patient demographic and insurance information in the billing system.

Verify accuracy of details such as name, DOB, insurance ID, and policy numbers.

Ensure all data entry meets company quality and compliance standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and insurance information (HIPAA compliance).

Generate reports and assist the billing team as required.

Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
