Role: Semi Voice Process Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Skills Required:

Good English communication (basic)

Ability to handle calls with patience and professionalism

Basic computer knowledge

Comfortable with semi voice (combination of voice and non-voice tasks)

Willingness to work in shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

Assist customers with queries and provide solutions

Maintain call logs and update reports

Coordinate with the team to meet targets and deadlines
