Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Billing and Collection Executive to manage end-to-end billing operations and ensure timely collections from insurance companies and patients. The role involves preparing and submitting accurate claims, following up on pending payments, handling denials, and maintaining proper account reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of medical billing processes, RCM workflow, and strong communication skills to resolve payment-related issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies.

Follow up with payers and patients on outstanding balances.

Manage collections process and reduce accounts receivable days.

Handle denials, rejections, and initiate appeals when necessary.

Post payments and reconcile patient accounts accurately.

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Salary: Above 20k per month
