Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection moulding machines for manufacturing plastic components.

Set up machines, including molds, temperature controls, and material feeds.

Ensure production runs efficiently and meets quality standards.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machines to prevent downtime.

Troubleshoot minor machine faults and report major issues to the maintenance team.

Maintain proper documentation of production output, materials used, and quality checks.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of injection moulding machines and plastic manufacturing processes.

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
