Job Description:

The Injection Moulding Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components as per specifications. The role involves setting up the machine, selecting appropriate moulds, controlling temperature and pressure parameters, and monitoring the production process to ensure consistent output. The operator is also responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and ensuring proper maintenance to minimize downtime. The candidate should adhere to safety standards, maintain cleanliness in the work area, and collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet production targets and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection moulding machines efficiently.

Set up moulds and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.

Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy.

Troubleshoot minor machine or process issues.

Maintain equipment and ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Plastic Technology or related field preferred.

Knowledge of injection moulding machines and process parameters.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
