Job Description
The main "HR Operational Anchor & Employee Lifecycle Specialist" for our principal organisational and business activities is the HR Executive Generalist activities, Employee Relations, Payroll Coordination & Lifecycle Management. While HR business partners coordinate strategy with department heads and talent acquisition recruiters concentrate on finding new hires, your main responsibility is to oversee day-to-day HR operations, facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding, manage payroll data, maintain HRIS databases, enforce company policies, and handle employee complaints. As the "Guardian of Employee Satisfaction, HR Compliance, Payroll Accuracy, HRIS Data Integrity, and Workplace Standards," you assume direct responsibility for fostering a productive, orderly, and legally compliant work environment.

Key Duties
Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Oversee confirmation procedures, internal transfers, and seamless exit/offboarding procedures; assist new hires with pre-boarding, document verification, orientation, and onboarding.
HR Operations & HRIS Maintenance: Keep organisational charts, digital personnel files, and employee records correct and current within operational databases and HRIS systems.
Payroll & Attendance Coordination: Compile and reconcile monthly payroll input data for the finance and payroll processing team; keep an eye on daily attendance, leave requests, shift rosters, and overtime records.
Statutory Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Make sure that labour laws, shop and establishment acts, factory rules, POSH standards, PF/ESI regulations, and internal corporate policies are strictly followed.
Employee Relations & Grievance Redressal: Respond to questions from employees, handle workplace issues, settle common disputes, and forward complicated grievances to senior HR management.
