Duratuf supplies XVOLT electrical insulating rubber mats, manufactured and type tested to IS 15652:2006, ISI marked under BIS certification. Used across substations, HT/LT control panels, switchgear rooms and transformer rooms for electrical shock protection.

Available in three classes:

Class A: 2.0 mm thickness, 3.3 kV working voltage, 30 kV dielectric strength
Class B: 2.5 mm thickness, 11 kV working voltage, 45 kV dielectric strength
Class C: 3.0 mm thickness, 33 kV working voltage, 65 kV dielectric strength

Tensile strength 15 MPa (min), elongation at break 250% (min), flame retardant (self extinguishing within 5 seconds), acid/alkali/oil resistant, operating range minus 10°C to plus 55°C. Anti-skid dotted top surface. Available in black and blue, standard roll sizes 1 m wide by 20 m (Class A and B) or 10 m (Class C), custom lengths on request.
